• In-App: All documents, notes, and files are stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to their content.
• Contact Form: When you submit our contact form we collect: name, email address, message subject, message content, IP address, and browser user-agent.
• Website Analytics: We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (page views, browser type). No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics.

BelgeRova is designed with a local-first philosophy. All documents, PDFs, Word files, notebooks, and any content you open or create in the app remain entirely on your device.

We do not have servers that receive, store, index, or process your documents. No cloud sync is performed without your explicit action.

When you submit a message through our contact form the following data is stored in a secure, encrypted database:

• Your name and email address
• The subject and content of your message
• Your IP address (used solely for abuse prevention / rate limiting)
• Browser user-agent string (used for security logging)
• Submission timestamp

This data is retained for 24 months and then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We use collected data only for:

• Responding to your contact form submissions
• Preventing abuse and protecting the security of our systems
• Improving our website and application based on aggregated, anonymized insights

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to third parties.
